In this role, you’ll get hands-on experience working with diverse positions across different markets.</p> <p>What makes this opportunity special?</p> <ul><li>A structured onboarding and training plan to help you gain confidence step by step.</li><li>Guidance and support from an experienced mentor.</li><li>The chance to explore various recruitment tools and AI-driven solutions.</li><li>Real opportunities to grow within the company and build a long-term career in recruitment.</li></ul> <p>If you are passionate about people, ready to learn, and excited to discover the world of recruitment in IT — we’d love to meet you! ?</p><strong><br /></strong> <p></p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong><br />— 0-6 months of commercial experience in the position of Researcher or Recruiter.<br />— Courses in recruiting; self-study of recruiting theory and HR processes; self-filling out sourcing.<br />— Well-developed communication, negotiation and objection handling skills.<br />— Knowledge of English at the <strong>upper-intermediate</strong> level (to enable oral communication).<br /><strong><br /></strong></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:<br />— Sourcing and screening candidates for open positions.<br />— Conducting interviews.<br />— Working with external platforms (LinkedIn, DOU, Djinni, etc.).<br />— Maintaining and expanding the internal candidate database in the ATS system.<br />— Managing recruitment funnel reporting.<br />— Utilizing various tools in work, including AI.<br /><strong><br /></strong></p> <p><strong>We Offer:</strong><br />— Remote work.</p> <p>— Opening hours are from 10:00 to 19:00 (including a 1-hour lunch break).<br />— Paid vacation of 20 workdays per year; 10 workdays of sick leave per year.<br />— English lessons with a native speaker and interactive sessions with another teacher (exercises, quizzes, and other games in English).<br />— Corporate sessions with a psychologist, including 1–1 meetings, transparent communication, and feedback culture.<br />— Provision of necessary equipment.<br />— Public holidays are also days off.<br />— Corporate team-building events.<br />— A friendly team and a warm atmosphere filled with enthusiasts of the gaming world and cutting-edge technologies.</p>
